HT to Shane Claiborne for reminding me about this passage, when he writes about it in his massively challenging book, The Irresistible Revolution. I recommend the book - go and read it, but I would avoid it if you want to stay comfortable.

Your blog title reminds me of the Delirious song party, but made more famous by Chris Tomlin including it on the Passion cd from 05 I think it was. Thanks for the good word. I just bought Claiborne's book but I need to find time to read it.
